Dr. Ogu is a renowned expert in human resources, learning and development, executive coaching, talent management, and behavioural change management, with over 17 years of experience across diverse industries, markets, and cultures.
He is the Global President of the Association of Elite Human Resource Professionals (AEHRP). He serves as an Elected Council Member on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), as well as the Finance Director on the Board of Directors of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Nigeria Charter Chapter with oversight responsibility for finance and corporate governance matters.
His academic qualifications, professional certifications and affiliations include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
- Master’s Degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos.

Purpose and Calling
My Purpose and Calling is divided into two mandates stated below:
- “Raise a new breed of transgenerational leaders, men and women of exemplary character, whose impact and exploits will command global attention in every sphere of human influence and existence.”
- “Provide an enabling platform that will help accelerate the fulfillment of the dreams and potentials of young people on the African Continent and Beyond.”
Projects and Initiatives
- REAL Foundation: REAL is an acronym for Raising Exemplary Authentic Leaders. The REAL Foundation is dedicated to raising a new breed of leaders in line with the leadership mandate.
- Project HOPE: HOPE is an acronym for Helping Other People Excel. Project HOPE is a mentoring and capacity building platform dedicated to providing leadership, counsel and guidance to young people in line with the youth development mandate.
- GLASS Fellowship: GLASS is an acronym for Governance, Leadership, Administration, Strategy and Stewardship. It is a fellowship programmes with five (5) tracks dedicated to equipping young people with capabilities and competencies in the aforementioned areas to enable them serve humanity.
